About Us

Woofs 'N Whiskers was started in November of 2001. The owner, Pharaby Jeffrey, has been an avid fan of all animals her entire life and decided that this was the business that she had to be in. 

So, the idea for Woofs 'N Whiskers was born. 

Pharaby Jeffery is the loving wife of Matthew Jeffrey and the mother of their two (2) sons Jesse and Luke.  Her family is also not complete without mentioning her cannie and feline children......Estelle, Deisi, Ash, Sarah, Wynk, and Bacardi.  Pharaby is a fully trained and licensed groomer. Pharaby works hand-in-hand with and for the Acadiana Humane Society and has on numerous occasions fostered many animals for the Acadiana Humane Society until a suitable home was found.  Pharaby is an advocate that all animals should be treated as family by their owners! She makes a solemn promise that your pet, when at Woof 'N Whiskers, will definitely be treated as One OF Our Family !!!
